Map conference sessions before requesting language support
By Enuncia Global ·
A conference programme can create several different language needs at once. A clear referral identifies the sessions and outputs involved, making it easier to assess the scope before commitments are made.
Build the brief around the programme
List dates, locations, session times and required languages. Explain which sessions overlap and where language support is requested. Identify keynote presentations, panel discussions, workshops and audience questions separately where their formats differ.
Record whether the client also needs translated slides, delegate material or post-event subtitles. Ask who can provide speaker names, presentation files and terminology in advance. The brief should distinguish confirmed information from sessions still being planned.
Give one coordinator responsibility for changes
Identify the organiser who can answer questions and approve the arrangement. Explain how programme updates will be communicated and whether a technical review is needed. Equipment and operational support should be discussed as explicit requirements.
Enuncia assesses the request and confirms availability for accepted work. A referral partner can bring structure to the enquiry but should not promise coverage for unreviewed sessions. Apply through Enuncia Network if conference language needs are a regular part of your client relationships.
