Refer an interview language project with the right output in mind
By Enuncia Global ·
An interview may be needed as text, subtitles or a translated record for another audience. The referral should state the desired result so the team can assess the sequence of work rather than guess from the recording alone.
Identify each requested stage
Record the source language, target language, runtime and number of speakers. Ask whether an approved transcript already exists and whether timestamps or speaker labels are required. If subtitles are wanted, explain the viewing format; if a written translation is wanted, describe its intended use.
Provide names and specialist terms as authorised reference information. Flag noisy or overlapping speech and identify any sections the client already knows are unclear. Do not treat a summary as interchangeable with a full transcript or translation.
Handle the source with the client's permission
Confirm that the material can be shared for the enquiry and use the agreed channel. Explain who can answer questions about the recording and approve the output. If the interview contains confidential material, flag that before sending files.
Enuncia reviews the actual requirement, available source and timing. An informed introduction helps start that review, while acceptance and any affiliate commission remain subject to their respective terms.
