Partner workflow
Registering a referral is the start of review, not a confirmed sale
By Enuncia Global ·
The affiliate dashboard gives approved partners a way to register leads and follow their review. It is useful to distinguish this record from a project being accepted, paid or eligible for commission.
Make the record accurate and useful
Submit a genuine client requirement that you have permission to share. Describe the requested service, language direction and relevant context. Keep the client's contact information accurate and avoid registering an enquiry repeatedly to seek priority.
If you discover that information has changed, use the appropriate update or clarification route rather than creating competing versions of the same lead. A clear record helps the team assess the enquiry and the relationship it describes.
Follow the status without assuming entitlement
Review status indicates where the submitted lead stands in the programme process. Existing enquiries and duplicate claims may need assessment. A registration does not automatically establish ownership, conversion, commission or a payment date.
Before referring commercially, agree the applicable eligibility and payment terms in writing. If you have a specific question about a registered enquiry, reference the existing record when contacting Enuncia. A structured partnership begins with a shared understanding of what the dashboard records and what the agreement establishes.
