Partner workflow
Treat a returning client's new language request as a fresh brief
By Enuncia Global ·
A returning client may have a familiar name but a different requirement. Before referring another project, confirm what has changed instead of assuming the previous scope, price or delivery arrangement still applies.
Refresh the project details
Record the current source, language direction, audience, output and deadline. Ask whether earlier terminology or translated material should be used as a reference. Identify the prior version clearly and confirm that the client is authorised to share it.
If the new work adds pages or languages to an earlier project, explain the relationship. Do not label a revised document as unchanged without checking with the client, and do not reconfirm an old quote on Enuncia's behalf.
Clarify the referral position separately
Repeat-client and existing-client enquiries may have specific treatment under the partner agreement. Ask how the arrangement applies rather than assuming every later order automatically creates a new commission.
With permission, introduce the new requirement through the appropriate review process. Enuncia confirms accepted project terms, while the written partnership agreement establishes any eligible referral earnings. Accurate records help both discussions stay attached to the actual work requested.
